Genellikle PVC kapl\u0131 polyester kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu malzemenin m\u00fckemmel dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u0131\u015f\u0131k ge\u00e7irgenli\u011fi, alev y\u00fcr\u00fctmezli\u011fi, uzun \u00f6mr\u00fc ve kolay imalat, montaj ve demontaj \u00f6zelli\u011fi tercih edilmesinin ana sebepleridir. T\u00fcm bu \u00f6zelliklerine malzemenin mesh olarak \u00fcretilmesi s\u0131cak iklimlerde avantaj sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Tasar\u0131m\u0131 etkileyen bir di\u011fer parametre olarak ve minmum sipari\u015fler de dikkate al\u0131narak, \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli renk se\u00e7ene\u011fi mevcuttur. Malzeme kimyasallarla mikro organizmalara kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Polyester dokuma, kapilariteye kar\u015f\u0131 korunmaktad\u0131r. PVC kapl\u0131 polyester malzemenin y\u00fczey laklar\u0131 son teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc laklarla kaplanarak \u00f6zel temizlik gereksinimini minimuma indirmektedir. Malzemenin tasar\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc 15 y\u0131l olarak \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n<h3>PTFE Kapl\u0131 Cam:<\/h3>\n\n<p>Daha uzun \u00f6m\u00fcr, daha az defleksiyon ve daha y\u00fcksek yang\u0131n dayan\u0131m\u0131 gerektiren \u00f6zel yap\u0131larda PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Etilen) kapl\u0131 cam elyaf\u0131 malzemesini \u00f6nerebiliriz. PVC kapl\u0131 polyester malzemesine g\u00f6re daha farkl\u0131 bir nitelikte (hotbar) kaynaklanabilen bu malzemenin imalat\u0131n\u0131n her a\u015famas\u0131nda; i\u00e7indeki cam dokuman\u0131n hassasiyetinden dolay\u0131, \u00e7ok dikkatli davranmak gerekir. Malzemenin \u00f6zellikle sevkiyat\u0131nda katlama sistemini ve sahada montaj senaryosunu \u00f6zenle olu\u015fturmak gerekir. Malzeme, do\u011fal ortamda di\u011fer elementlerle reaksiyona girmeyen, mikro organizmalara ve neme dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Malzemenin tasar\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc 30 y\u0131ld\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Silikon Kapl\u0131 Cam:<\/h3>\n\n<p>Silikon malzemesinin \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 bu malzemenin sahip oldu\u011fu bir avantajd\u0131r. Dokumada kullan\u0131lan cam\u0131n \u00e7ekme mukavemeti ve daha az defleksiyon g\u00f6stermesi sebebiyle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli projelerde tercih edilebilir. Malzemenin y\u00fczey kaplamas\u0131n\u0131n silikon olmas\u0131 kir tutma \u00f6zelli\u011fini de beraberinde getirmektedir. Silikon kaplaman\u0131n dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n cama g\u00f6re \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131, PTFE kapl\u0131 cam malzemesinde bulunan, dokuma uyumunu engellemektedir. Bu sebeple imalat, sevkiyat ve montaj a\u015famalar\u0131nda cam dokuman\u0131n zarar g\u00f6rmemesi i\u00e7in PTFE kapl\u0131 cam malzemeye g\u00f6re daha dikkatli olmak gerekmektedir. Malzemenin tasar\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc 30 y\u0131ld\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3>PTFE (Gore Tenara):<\/h3>\n\n<p>PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Etilen) iplik\u00e7iklerinin dokunmas\u0131yla elde edilen membran k\u0131r\u0131lma y\u00f6n\u00fcnden daha avantajl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu membran uzun \u00f6m\u00fcr gerektiren ve a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r kapan\u0131r sistem kullan\u0131lan tasar\u0131mlar i\u00e7in uygun bir malzemedir. Malzemenin bir di\u011fer \u00f6zelli\u011fi malzemenin do\u011fal matl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131k ge\u00e7irmede iyi bir estetik sa\u011flamas\u0131d\u0131r.
